back

My strengths lay in the field of web design and graphic design, with emphasis in logo creation and layout. Simplicity is key. A strong design is highly legible yet interesting enough to help make it's own message and related content all the more engaging. It would compliment the content rather than being a means to an end in itself.

Preferably, I work with popular design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, as well as QuarkXPress if the task happens to require desktop publishing. I have been accomplishing great things with this industry standard software since 1994. For web site development, my tool of choice is none other than Notepad and/or Wordpad which is bundled with all Windows operating systems. In my opinion, it is the perfect tool for building HTML and CSS documents, as well as editing Perl scripts and modules. I will, however, utilise Macromedia Dreamweaver if the task requires it.

I am a team player and strong leader, but I am certainly flexible, and will also be very comfortable working independently. I am strongly results-oriented, and like to see all of my projects through to completion. You will also find me to be a conscientious worker who pays careful attention to detail. My resume contains the details of my education, training, skills and experience.

The worldwide web address in the header above refers to my home page, which includes a sample of my web graphic designs, as well as some of my personal artwork. Additionally, my graphic design and desktop publishing portfolio is available upon request.

Thank you for your consideration,

Benjamin Eren Robinson
